Amidst all the doubts/ queries that we have been receiving through various channels of communication, we have realized that a good number of those have been from applicants, who have a Diploma before pursuing a UG course in Engineering. There have been confusions regarding filling the fields for 12th class and First Year Under-Graduation marks. While we are responding to individual emails and messages, this post is for the convenience of all. Please refer to the following for clarifications to the queries -
For 12th class marks -
Please take an average of the marks obtained in the three years of Diploma. You may populate year of passing of 12th class as second year of Diploma
Under Graduation Details -
For Duration, you may fill 48 months
Under Semester Details -
Please fill in final year Diploma marks in the field for 1st year marks. For year of completion of 1st year, you may fill final year of Diploma
Please know that the original documents will be the source of truth for further processes and thus ensure that you upload a clear scan copy of those. The documents will be asked for verification in the further rounds of the process.

CS 35. GEM Fresher. What are my chances for PI Call?
Filling this SJMSOM application form is so frustrating man. I filled the entire form in one go but it showed some error after clicking on Submit finally. The worst part was the details didn't even got saved, and this thing has happened twice. We can't even copy paste the details. Please suggest something, this is very annoying.
