The cut off as stated on the website is 75%tile. How much did you score?

The reference format will be given to you once u submit your application.
your referees can either send us the hardcopy or email a soft copy to us only from their official ids.
the recos should reach within 7-10 days from the date of application

I am applying for the Jan2008 intake. While filling up the form, I could not see any space for references.

Do the people providing references for me need to post the hard copy or is it possible for them to fill in the refrences online?

By when are the references required to reach the institute?

Dear Rutty,
I applied for Jan-08 intake before 4Th oct aptitude test and got a mail specifying my rejection as i did not have any scores for validation.I scored 89.4 percentile and have got a mail for next round evaluation process.I have few queries regarding this.

1) Do i need to go and update my application form with my aptitude score as it is still showing me in waitng list(I did not do myself because as per document i received,the website will automatically update) or do i need to apply again before 15th nov?
2) I applied for interview and it is scheduled on 24th nov 1pm but i did not receive any reference format.From where i can get reference format?
3) Apart from Rs 2000 DD ,reference & 2 recos(Is it advisable to get from wokring senior or college prof),Is there anything else required to be sent before the interview date?

Hi Rutty

I appeared for SPJAT on the 4th of Nov and scored 74.5 percentile..... im falling short of about half a percentile as per the eligibility criteria.

Do you think that this score would be accepted.
Also can I reapply for june 2008 selections with the same score.

Hi Rutty,

I know this question is too early to ask, as I have still not cleared my evaluations which are on 24 Nov. But in case I get an offer letter from SP Jain, how much time period will I get to pay the college fees?

I am applying for a bank loan to pay the fees. And as it takes quite some time for banks to sanction loans, I wanted to know if I will get adequate time period after I get the offer letter to pay the fees.

Also initially, do we have to pay the full amount? Or is it just the token amount?

You might just remember me (Santrupta - 16325 -IT)... I had asked about my chances of getting through as I am waitlisted....I have come to know from the threads here that 24th/25th are the eval.dates for the 4th Nov test.Can you lemme know when the Academic Committee shall be reviewing the waitlisted people?? Now that the adm. is about to close..surely there must be some info abt this??
