I got a mail from spjain last week that they have shortlist me but i have to give spjat on 4th april and if i will get through it then i have to attend GD/PI round.My test will in Andheri .Please can u tell me if i will clear spjat then where will be the next round .

PLS can u assist me with your CAT score. Well your application still reads "Waitlist" because the Admissions Commitee has decided to waitlist you for the moment.


In any case your wait wont be too long now - you should know your exact status in by early April latest.

Hello,
I have a concern here and I really need someone to address this. My App no is: 20890- IB. Since time immemorial my application status reads, 'Wait-list Initial Screening.'
It was unfortunate enough that I was not able to write both the SPJATs and I have been corresponding with Ms. Lakshmi Jagpat explaining my situation and also letting her know of my CAT scores but I somehow did not get an appropriate answer. The latest I know is that I should wait. I have been waiting but what am I to do next? Is there one more test?
Should I give up? Should I wait for the next intake? Why does my application status simply read, 'WAITLIST' all the time?
Please look into this.

We do not require recommendation letters for the May 08 intake.

So you are not required to carry the same for the evaluations

Yes this waitlist most probably would be reivewed before close of admissions.

The max that you would have to wait to know your final status would be around first week April 08

Hello Mam,

My application id is 21777 WM. I had applied on Feb 7th and my status still says waitlist - initial screening.

I saw on the post that some of the applicants who were put on waitlist have received calls. Also, since the last round of evaluations are being conducted on April 4th, is there a possibility that the waitlist for people put on initial screening will be reviewd.

Your response will help immensely in making a further decision accordingly.

I have been shortlisted for the May 2008 Interviews. I could not get an Experience Certificate from my Employer. So, could I bring my Joining Letter and Payslip (March/April) in place of the Experience Certificate?

The reason being that with 16 hours/day schedule these days, I'm too pressed for time at my office and won't get even a day's off to attend the interview at Mumbai. I know it sounds unreasonable, but that's the sorry situation I'm in right now 😞

If it is possible, then I can complete my online application today itself.

Yes you may still apply anytime upto the 31st of March 08 for the May 08 intkae.

If shortlisted the last round of evaluations is on the weekend starting 4th April 08.

I'm afraid there is no possiblilty of a telephonic interview - you would have to come to Mumbai.

I had my evaluation stage on 9th Mar & ve been waitlisted post evaluation........

Applied for GLSCM......22181

I ve done equally well in all rounds incl Dean's intw........

My extra-curriculars stand decent & ve taken up few certifications to get ready for GLSCM course......

However, i presume d reason for waitlisted cud be my work ex which is on d lower side, ie, 22 months till date.....

Now, many aspirants r receiving calls who ve been waitlisted earlier......

So, do i still stand a chance of gettin call....??? Wat cud be d reason.....???
