I had applied for GMBA program around 2 weeks back but my application status(application number is 29939-GHRM ) is still not updated.My apptitude test score is 73 percentile. I have an experience of 1 nd half yrs in IT.
Please let me know when can status be updated.

generally they send the call at least one week before the evaluation........but it depends on many factors like the pecialization you applied for and you overall profile etc........In case the status is not updated by tmrw you can send them a mail asking for the same

Hi Garima,
I think if ur profile is really gud they may overlook 1 or 2 percentile...if u have not got a call letter it is advisable tat u mail them or call them tom and confirm the same as the evals are on feb 7 & 8th which i think are the last round of evals for the current intake.....

chance is always there...........but it depend on many things which you cant controle.............just hope for the best...............

Hi,

I have my evaluation session scheduled on 08th Feb'09 @ 1.30 PM onwards for RM. I was basically having a couple of Queries for the April'09 intake:

1. Is the Superspecialization fixed (in my case RM) or can be changed based upon your performance in evaluation round and subsequent finall call offer?

2. If during initial application stages, a candidate has failed to opt for TORONTO option..can he opt for it at a later stage(provided he has gota final admit)?

3. Is Feb 15th the Ultimate last date for Fee Payments ( considering that the final results can be only known by that time leaving hardly any time for the candidate to apply for Loan formalities )?

Request you to clarify the above points as per your convenience.

Seniors, any pointers on the GD/PI format?
Is it a group interview?
and what are we evaluated on? is based on our application or does it depend on our specialisation that we have opted for?

I've applied for IT Management... so should i expect questions on comp languages like Java, C++, etc or it will be based on what i've worked on... my projects, etc?

Request u all to guide us those who have been shortlisted in our preparation.

I applied for the GMBA program on 9th jan on the basis of the CAT score of 94.4%ile. I have not received any response from the college yet. Can you throw some more light on this coz people have already got the call for the 7th-8th feb round.

We SPJain admits for GMBA April 09 batch, would like to draw your kind attention about the hike in fees and the concern about depreciating Indian Rupee ( it is near 49-51 level ).

So we would be interested to know if SPJain Admission commitee is thinking of any relief/ rebate in the fees this time.

When will we know the results for SPJCM?

What was your score in the test?

the rest of your profile seems fine. If your test score is too low it may hamper your chances of getting a call even in the future rounds

Hi Shweta/Rutty,

I have applied to the SP Jain's global MBA program (April,09 Intake) and I have given SP Jain's exam as I haven't given CAT/GMAT.

I have 3.5 years of professional experience in IT and 2 onsite experiences in US and UK. I have not scored great in the SPJAT and my status of admission is still "waiting list - Initial Screening" Its almost 1 months since my status is still the same.

I want to know if I still have chances for the call for another round?

Please let me know. Any help is appreciated.
