[OFFICIAL] SP Jain School of Global Management (SPJSGM) | Dubai, Singapore, Sydney: MGB & Global MBA - Admissions 2023-24

Dear Vijay,
I'm afraid there is no provision for pursuing a dual specialization at our institute. You wold have to opt for any ONE of the streams.

Well academics do matter to us and we normally expect students to have atleast a first class all throughout.

You may apply and take that chance as the decision to shortlist lies with the admissions committee.
thanks

dear rutty,
i am vijay. i am interested in retail management & global logistics management. i want to do both the courses simultaneously. course for the first six months is the same. also i am ready to pay any extra fees for the other course. is there any provision for dual specialisation.

i scored first class in 10 & 12 & a second class in graduation(commerce). i have a work experience of 29 months & i have won various awards in school sports. also i have a won awards during my job.

i went to u r registered office situated in kalbadevi. there the counseller told me that i have a very minimal chance of getting into SPjain dubai because of a secondclass at the graduation level.

i had taken CAT06 & i scored 82 percentile.

please tell me whether shud i apply or no & do i have any chances of getting in.

The results would be out in a weeks time.
pls check your status on our website for the same.
thanks

Hi rutti,

Hi Rutty,

Hi Rutty,

I have 2 questions:

1. The minimum GMAT score to apply is mentioned as 650. Is GMAT score considered only as a entry criteria for admission or will it be considered in the later stages during the evaluation process? The reason why I am asking this question is that I have a GMAT score of 660. Should I apply and concentrate on the the other aspects of the selection process like GD and PI without worrying much about my GMAT score (as my score is more than 650) or should I try to take SP Jain written test?

2. In the SP Jain website, I found this

Refund Policy:

  1. Requests for refund will be entertained only till April 15, 2007. 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting the initial non-refundable deposit of USD 2,500.
  2. Nil refund if withdrawn post closing of working hours April 15, 2007.
  3. Should a student wish to withdraw after full payment, withdrawal is allowed only on serious health grounds with proper documentation and certification at the discretion of the S P Jain management. An amount of USD 2500 will be held back and all balance monies will be refunded .
  4. Last date for payment of all fees / monies - April 30, 2007
  5. Payments received post the last date of April 30, 2007 will carry an interest rate of 2%.
It says last date for payment is April 30, 2007. The last date for applying is also April 30. How is it possible? How can we pay the money if we are applying sometime in the last week of April without even knowing whether we get selected or not?

Regards,
Ramesh.

Dear Chandan,

Some students may face only the Group/panel interview while others may face the Personal interview as well. This selection is done on a random basis and does in no way indicate your chances of being selected or not.

Thanks

Hi rutti,
Could you kindly give a rough idea about the dates of the next round of evaluation?

Hi,
I'm sorry i would not be able to comment upon your chances.
If you have applied only a few days ago it is too soon to say anything as you may have read on our website that it can take upto 30 days for your application to get processed.
You may view your status online shortly.
thanks

pls take the test if you have a low CAT score. we will not shortlist candidates who do not have an entrance test score.
were you shortlisted for evlauations last year?

Hi Ramesh,
Your GMAT score is fine. You need not take the aptitude test.

As for the refund policy, as of now this date applies to those students who have already been selected or will be selected by a particular date.
For the applicants who apply towards the end there will naturally be a different date.

thanks
