Secondly since I have applied through online, I did not come across any section in the application form which stated the requirement for a Recommendation Letter. Can you please clarify this point also.
We do not shortlist candidates who do not have a score. Once a are updated with a score, we will collate the data with the application and then take a final decision regarding shortlisting the candidate. we have not yet fixed the date for the aptitude test. Pls check our website in the next 10-12 days for updates regarding the same.

Hi rutty I have applied for the gmba dec 07 intake and my application status says waitlisted is this because I dont have an aptitude score If yes how does it work from here onwill I be evaluated once I have scores from the sp jain aptitude testn when will be the apti test?as the admissions are on rolling basis do my changes get low Once the apti test is over will my application be screened again with a scorecan u please throw some light on the whole process I am really confused Thanks

In such scenarios is it possible for me to give the two referral letters later for June admission? Also, for the June 08 intake when is the tentative test date if i cannot apply for the test being held for December 07 intake? Kindly give the details as early as possible.
It is possible for you to take the aptitude test conducted in August 2007 even though you are looking to apply only in June 2008.As per our policy now we would accept this score for the next intake however the policy is subject to change at a later stage.
With regards to reference forms you need to submit them only after you put in your application in June 2008.
We haven't got any dates for the June 2008 aptitude test as yet. please visit our website for updates regarding test dates.

We evaluate students based on Academic scores, work experience, aptitude test scores and extra curricular activities .The aptitude test score is an integral part of the selection procedure and if thats all that your profile lacks then that could be the reason why you are on wait list at the moment.
pls do not get disheartened our admissions are on a rolling basis, this wait list is reviewed from time to time as and when need be by the Admissions Committee and students who are found suitable are shortlisted for the evlauations. However there is no fixed time frame as to when this list gets reviewed.
with regards to the reference forms that needs to be submitted 15-20 days after application,please arrange for that to be send to us at the earliest.

I am glad to inform you that you are not late in applying for the January Intake 2008, as of now our admissions are open till the 15th of Nov 2007. To apply for the same you will need to submit either an online application or a hard copy both of which are available on our website S.P.Jain Center of Management, Dubai . Singapore.
As far as the S P Jain test is concerned you will be tested on your English, Math skills, as well as Logic and General Knowledge.

The offer letter that you received last year is not valid for this year you will need to fill in a fresh application as well as go through the evaluation process. The admission for January 2008 is now open and as of now our deadline is 15 Nov 2007.

We are looking to hold the first round of Evaluations post the aptitude test as of now. For candidates in the evaluation stage you will be send the Evaluation dates and time via email.

We would accept CAT scores valid up to three years. It is rare for us to admit students with CAT scores less than 80 percentile. However, we consider all factors including college performance, post graduate degrees and relevant work experience.

The Aptitude Test Dates will be announced on the website along with the process to register for the same.
There is no separate test being conducted for students interested in the June intake but for Candidates who wish to apply in June but want to take up the aptitude test they can do so, as of now we would accept the score for the next intake however the policy is subject to change.
Reference forms can either be couriered or sent by speed post,which ever you think is quicker and reliable.

I had applied for the Dec, 07 intake about 1 month back and had sent the Recos last week. However, I have not got any confirmation for receipt of my recos, neither have i received my evaluation date as yet.
