Hi,
we will definitely consider your GMAT score as it meets our cut off.
You need not retake the GMAT
thanks

Hi Rutty,

I am targeting Jan 08 intake for which deadline is 15th Nov. I went through the admission criteria for GMBA. It is mentioned that the students with GMAT scors less than 650 are not considered.

I have scored exactly 650 in GMAT and have a work experience of 4yrs in IT along with onsite exposure. I want to know if my scores will be considered as its the cut off core or will it not be considered and I need to re-take GMAT ?

Appreciate your efforts.

Many Thanks & Regards,
Shakti

Hi,
The results for the 4th Nov test would be out any time within one week from the date of the test.
As regards the next round of evaluations, we havent yet decided the date but we will surely keep in mind the date of the CAT exam.

!) Well I would say it would be worth the investment as is the case with all the other specialisations
Just to let you know that the GLM specialisation started only in June 06 and the PMM one in dec 06. just like you there were many studnets who were apprehensive about starting these new spez. But today they have all done phenomenally well and the placement figures are there for all to see.
3) yes, Dr. Aneeta Madhok is our core team member and also the Dean for the Centre for HRM, Singapore
Hope this has sorted your doubts
thanks

Your SPJAT score is fine as it meets our requirements and you neednt take the test again.
reg your not having recd a call yet - what does your status show in our website?
if you have been waitllisted it could be bcoz you are not meeting some of our other criteria like academics (should be first class atleast ALL through out 10,12 and ALL yrs of graduation)

And competition for places in IT management is tough as we have received some outstanding applications for the same.]
thanks

Your profile seems good to apply.
I cannot say anything about your chances as that is a decision of theAdmissions Commitee.
thanks

Hi again,

The same query again, as it was unanswered.

On what basis do you differentiate as to who goes to Singapore and who goes to Dubai?

Thanks

Hey vnangia ,

Ur choice of specialization decides as to which place you first go to.
Finance and IT guys First move in to Dubai and then to Singapore and its vice versa for the remaning specializations.

P.S. I got this info from their Website

Hi,
Firstly, pls remove all quotes, commas and apostrophes from your application i.e (" , ')
that could be one of the resons why your application is not getting submitted.
IF you are still facing problems pls email our technical dept : [email protected]
The GPA is not compulsory if you have percentage scores.
We do not have a school code for the GMAT. You may send your score by informing us via email and we will update your application accordingly. Pls email [email protected] for the same alongwith your application no.
Thanks

Re: Ask SP Jain Dubai & Singapore: Official Admission Query Thread - 08-10-2007, 01:27 PM

Hi,
I think you are confused - students have to mandatorily study 6 months in Dubai and 6 months in Singapore - the programme structure is such - where your start first depnds on the specialisation opted for - Finance and IT start at Dubai and Marketing, GLM and HRM start at Singapore.
There is not difference in both the schools at both the locations in the sense that they are the same entity.
I hope this is clear now.
thanks

And is there some kind of a comparision between the 2 b schools in terms of level of teaching, course, curriculum, faculty and placements.

Kindly throw some light on this.
