98.6(all sectionals above 94) 89/77/75+2 years work exp.. No call. A friend of mine with almost similar profile gets a call at 94.xx Can someone explain?

I think SPJIMR should clearly mention that, only people with good academics should apply( or they firmly believe that only the people with good academics should go for MBA ), .... huh..it's simply another application fee.

I think SP Jain should be a bit more transparent about their selection process as a lot of people are mentioning. GMAT 700, 10/12 - 95/92.8 Grad - 8.7 Work ex for 2.5years at EY. I don't understand what went wrong because from what I read and heard before GMAT cutoff is around 650 and a 680 is a safe score. But seeing people with 99+ percentile in CAT and XAT not get a call is shocking too. They should be a bit more open and transparent and clear our confusion a bit.
