Is wearing a blazer compulsory provided that one doesn't have it and need to buy it ?

For verification of documents For work experience I don't have experience letter I have joining letter and last 6 Months pay slip Will that b enough to show Bcoz in our company it is rule to give e experience letter to permanent employee (after 18 months) Not to GET.. I was working as GET Worked for 12 months.. So joining letter and pay slips will suffice the requirement of panel?
