WL 33 as per merit list #2. Should I be hopeful of clearing it in the list #3 or #4? I would really appreciate if someone could tell me how many lists are there for general category students as per last few years' trends.

what does it mean if waitlist (open) is moved up by 33.
does it mean out of 180 seats and 100 seats approx for open category 67 seats are full.
can somebody tell me that upto what waitlist number , conversion happened for open category last year ??
