In form no.6 where we have to fill semester wise dates, I had 2 backlogs do we have to fill the time when I cleared my backlogs or the time specified by the university for the semester ??? like I cleared my 3rd semester with my 5th semester. so end date of 3rd dem should be same as that of 5th semester or the 3rd sem only ?

Hello ! I had semester 1 and 2 combined in first year, so shall I enter the same start date and end date as well as the CGPA for semester 1 &2 in form?
