Our alma mater, Vedica - completed 5 years in 2020.
As we continue to deliver this Programme and help young women build meaningful careers, it is important that we keep learning from the experiences of our Scholars, build on the good and fix what needs to be done better. Therefore, in the spirit of seeking feedback, we conducted an anonymous survey with our alma mater. The survey has reaffirmed our Scholars’ satisfaction with the programme and their suggestions have given us some food for thought.
A unique feature of Vedica is its ‘Shadow a Woman Leader’ Module.
This compelling six-week Module exposes our Scholars to successful, senior women leaders, who are at the helm of prominent organisations in India and overseas. During this term, they mimic an ‘EA to a CEO’ role and practice key skills before joining the workforce. The objective is to combine practical insight into management practice with a focus on women’s leadership styles.

"As a fresher, coming from commerce and liberal arts background, I wanted to figure out a field that was unique and could provide me with a greater sense of purpose. Vedica helped me do exactly that!
My experience working with Heidi Robertson (Group Head-Diversity and Inclusion, and Employer Brand at ABB) inspired me to take up a role in D&I. I’m thrilled to now be working in this field with a global brand like Genpact."
