Is there anyone from Mumbai who has applied through EWS? If yes, how and where are you obtaining the certificate from? When I visited Tehsildar's office, they had absolutely no clue of EWS. Please help.

What are we asked to do in the PIT round, except the GD?
I have 74 in tissnet and have missed the general cutoff by 1 mark. Given that many people are not able to get the ews certificate, is there a chance that those without it be treated as general and cutoff reduced?
