Gd topics asked so far? Guys please share!

My GD had a group of 8 people. We were given a sheet with instructions. It had 2 topics of which one had to be chosen for the WAT and GD. The topics were 1) Building industry-academia partnership for the growth of knowledge economy. 2) Labour laws, issues, challenges and their solutions in India. Our group chose the 1st one. We had 15 minutes to write first. Then one panel member collected all the sheets and we had 20 minutes to discuss the same. Overall it was a good experience and discussion. Many good points came out.

An honest suggestion though would be to be mentally prepared to be grilled badly. There is a good possibility that you may end up with a panel like this. I'm not scaring anyone here, and there isn't anything to be scared of this because it's upto them what to do. All you need to do is just hold your fort and say all that you can. The panel will show indifference to your knowledge and will not at all be interested in your work or knowledge. They will counter you with their arguments but be sure not to be shaken up by this. Just say all that you know. Even if it is just the basics. They'll surely sound annoyed with just the basics but there's not much we can do about it. You cannot learn the entire HRM area and research it in such a short time. So just stay cool and tell them your idea. On the flipside, if you really enjoy the interview, or come across a friendly panel, celebrate your performance. Be happy about it. But be prepared for any random thing. Don't go with any sort of preconceived notions about the interview.
