Neighbours is fine i don't see any mistake and 3rd option is better than 5 so will go with 3.

here it's not clear what is bigger than our neighbours house.

here we can ask question 'what is bigger'?

answer will be 'the house'. so just add the answer in ques and it will be your correct answer.
