@DeAdLy I couldn't grasp B coming after C. In C it is written he was in considerable pain, then in D it is given he is laughing so B should have started like EVEN THEN he is giggling like maniac, but it is not so, AD sequence i understood,but not CB

@DeAdLy Since the records were lost in fire,so "it might be tough" to comprehend why company was going in loss sounds ok to me, but in above question i couldn't get it , may be i don't know the correct usage "so it might be tough" thanks anyways for trying to help
