7) Paragraph is about the unique powers of shaktiman and his improvisation, then option 3 and 4 ruled out. The last line says about improvisation, so a contrasting statement is very well the best one to finish it. And that is option 5.
8) OPTION 2 - main idea in question is “criminal organisation use internet to attack” followed by the information that EUs law enforcement agencies are unable to contain this problem what implicitly is stated here is the criminal oragnisations are not bounded while judiciary bounded this brings an important point in paragraph completion that authorsometimes make suggestions and writes them at last for better understanding other answers could have been judiciary is caged by its own tenets while criminals have no such moral obligation.
9) OPTION 5--- this para has 2 ideas a)) minor sect unexplored b)) non theistic religion;; solving by elimination;;option 2 . its is simply reinstating the same fact ; option 1. abruption in the flow ; option 4. out of the focus of the 2 ideas above (west??) option 3. and option 5 seem close option 3. again talks about no god (preachers are iberated soul ){repetitive} option 5. talks about “ultimate liberation”(without god concept on last line) attainment through all sorts of pratices.

10 . The first thing I see every time I come to New York is something that is not there. That soaring absence of the twin towers on the skyline of Manhattan remains this city's most haunting presence. A landmark of air. But the shadow cast by the absent twin towers is no longer the defining feature of world politics in the way that the shadow cast by the Berlin Wall was for nearly 30 years. Most people don't any more feel that we live in a “war on terror” in the way that we did feel that we lived in a cold war. A. Even here, the war on terror is over. And few feel it has left them safer. B. Terrorism is now one threat among many – including the legacy of conflicts and tactics that were supposed to end it C. Not across the world. Not in America. Not even in New York. D. The terrorist threat has been joined or overtaken by other problems, some of which feel more urgent and others which seem more important. E. There is a general and surely correct sense that a long-term struggle against diverse
11 . Getting your child into the school of your choice has always been fraught – but these extra pressures have sent parents' blood pressure rocketing. Last night I went to a meeting at my children's primary about secondary school transition. The fear and panic in that room were palpable – and as always where there's fear and panic, rumours spread like wildfire. 1. Faces were grey with anxiety; there was much talk of sleepless nights. 2.Of course it's natural for parents to worry about their kids' education, and of course these are worrying times. 3. This sought-after comprehensive will be shrinking its intake next year; that one is stopping its policy of taking siblings. 4. Believe me, I'm as concerned as anyone – if all three of mine manage to get into their next stage first choice, it will be a miracle. 5. It's natural to be anxious about pressure for school places, but we'll help our children only by staying calm and dealing with it
12 . In early 1992, South Mumbai received the first beams of satellite TV and suddenly there was a cable sneaking into the house through a window. There were suddenly four new channels to tune into (BBC World, MTV, Prime Sports, Star TV) apart from DD and Metro and by the end of the year Zee and the cablewala's local channel had filled up all the 8 slots on my National TV set. Since that moment in 1992 when I joyously watched World Wrestling Federation action (and mocked the “do not try at home” disclaimer whilst pinning down my younger brother in a choke hold), another seminal shift in my TV watching habit only happened 15 years later when I got DTH (Direct-to-Home ) installed. 1. This time, I actually KNEW what trash I was surfing on the idiot box, thanks to the built-in program guides. 2. Now, I was empowered with information, though I still didn't have much control over the schedule. 3. Luckily, I didn't have to wait another 15 years for the next big shift. Its mid-2009 and for a month now, I've been experiencing the nirvana that is IPTV (Internet Protocol Television). 4. For a thousand bucks a month they're offering 135-odd channels on IPTV, unlimited wireless broadband at 256 Kbps and a landline connection. 5. I switched it on and was immediately a bit distraught about the slow startup time and noticeable lag when flipping channels.
Going by the first blank, option (3) and (4) are close. In the second blank the context requires a word which goes along with the sense of 'minds' which are accustomed to the former or the old school of thought and hence the word 'tradition' aptly fits in here
43. 1
The first part talks about how punctuation should be. The second part gives reasons for it. If punctuation makes the reader 'least conscious' then it should be least 'obtruding'.
44. 3
'stimulate' and 'control' should be on almost opposite tangents as the passage talks of why a looser fiscal policy is better than the 'control' of budget.
