USAGE
The meaning is one and same for "HAVE" and "HAS".
HAVE/HAS =possess/contain/consists of
See the below examples.
I have a car. (I possess a car.)
You have a new dress.
The motor bike has a key. (The motor bike consists of a key.)
The water tanker has water. (The water tanker contains water.)

In the above 4 examples, sometimes I used the word "have" and
sometimes I used the word "has".
Here the question is when should we use "HAVE"?
And when should we use "HAS"?

RULE 1: if the subject is I/we/you/they/ plural noun (pens, bottles,workers etc), then "HAVE" should be used.
RULE 2: if the subject is he/she/it/singular noun (the pen, the bottle, mybrother etc), then "HAS" should be used.
