The eligibility criteria for admission to the PGDM program at the Vivekanad Business School (VBS) in Mumbai are as follows:

The curriculum for PGDM students is industry oriented. I am currently a freshman in the Vivekanand Business School (VBS) PGDM program, personally specializing in banking and finance. I would like to share the entire curriculum I had in the first year of the PGDM program. Before we talk about the syllabus , First, I will explain that the Institute, which provided Foundation course before the 1st trimester that covers the subjects such as Personal Growth Lab, Applied Economics, Basic and Advanced Excel, Management Accounting, Design Thinking, and Basics of Mathematics and Statistics.
In Trimester I curriculum subjects included were as follows: Marketing Management, Basics of Financial Management, Business Statistics, Operations Management, Ethical Management & Corporate Governance and Financial Markets & Services.
In Trimester II curriculum subjects included were as follows: Corporate Valuation, Selling & Negotiation Skills, People Management, Research Methodology, Securities Market and Cost & Management Accounting.
In Trimester III curriculum subjects included were as follows: Strategic Management, People Dynamics in Organization, Decision Science, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Derivatives & Risk Management and Financial Modelling.
Each Student is provided with 2 months summer internship by the dedicated placement team for getting corporate experience during the 1st year.
What made the entire curriculum unique compared to other institutions was because of the teaching methods which included live case studies, interactive live sessions, practical knowledge, BASIC Conferences, Finance Conferences, etc. & Additional certificate (in each specialization) issued during the 2-year full-time course.
