what if a person selected for welingkar bangalore submits hostel fee but is later upgraded to welingkar mumbai ... what will be the situation for hostel then? as hostel in Mumbai is on first come first serve based

Hi, I had my gdpi yesterday in Kolkata. By mistake i have left my original voter id inside the form envelope provided there and submitted it to the pi panelist. Is there any chance to get it back. Any help from the team is really helpful.
