I want to know, what strategy do u guys follow.. in a speed based test that has negative marking too, i get very cautious while marking my answers... and in the end, i end up marking lesser number though the accuracy is on a very higher side.. Even in IIFT, my attempts was for not mre than 41-42 marks, for which i managed to score 39.83 .. So i really wonder.. is it a good bet to randomly mark even questions u are half sure of? yaar ab 10 din mein speed badhana mushkil hai.. so strategy change is wt im looking for...

Guys are XAT scores normalised or something?..I saw some GK scores of last year like 4.17, 2.33 etc how are these possible with +1 mark for correct answer and -1/4 for wrong?
will XAT consider GK scores also for giving out calls ?

For XLRI, XAT 2013 cutoffs are as follows:
1) Human Resource Management Programme - 85 percentile in Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning; 80 percentile in Analytical Reasoning and Decision making; 70 percentile in Data Interpretation and Quantitative Ability and overall 92 percentile.
(1215 candidates have made the cut for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for HRM at XLRI.)

I have solved XAT 2013 paper & scored 29 marks (QA-9, DM-11, VA-9) Also for XAT 2012 & scored 27 (QA-8, DM-10, VA-9)
