Guys i have seen a lot of people getting an overall above 95 but screwing either VA or DM badly...So will it affect the cut offs for XL ....Also can we expect the cut offs a little on the lower sides given that HRM intake has increased by 50%...from 120 ==> 180...All the experienced guys and seniors please your opinions are welcome...😐😐

XLRI 2013 Cut Off (as available at official site):

Human Resource Management Programme: 85 percentile in EL, 80 percentile in DM, 54.59 percentile in QA and overall 88 percentile.

Business Management Programme: 80 percentile in EL, 80 percentile in DM, 76.2 percentile in QA and overall 91.25 percentile.

99.85! Happy but sad too cos I wrote the worst essay ever of my life. I think I didn't even complete it. I'm scared of the interviewers now. How will I justify my crap essay? 😠
