For program to be profitable both companies must recover costs before they can start
making profits.
Since, ABC wants to recoup investment in the first year and there is no limit of number of
students profits can only be shared after both companies can reach a situation of minimum
profits (zero profit), which would be:
400푥 + 100000 = 2000푥,
Left hand side represents total costs and right hand side represents revenues. Let 푥 be
minimum number of students required to reach a situation of minimum profits (in this case
0).
For the entire program, the MINIMUM students required for minimum profit is =
100000/(2000 - 400) = 62.5 = 63

first iim's, now XAT. from 28-33 by different institutes to 22 using XAT key. hopes crashed. sala mba hi nahi karna ab. dimag kharab kr diya hai sala. %ile sai aaye to academic profile, vo ho to professional profile. glti s vo bhi ho padha bhi ho to D-day factor bhi tumhare sath ho. khoon choos lo insaan ka. questions aise daal rkhe hai k 4 xlri k teachers ko samne khade krde to vo bhi alag alag batayenge answers. jo answers khud ko nahi pata, unke basis pe doosro ko judge krte hai. goodbye PG, karni hi nahi yaha se mba.
