Congratulations to everyone who has converted their call so far. We are looking forward to seeing you on campus. It has come to our notice that majority of you share the same queries. So I am answering the frequently asked queries so far here:
1. Whatsapp: The official Whatsapp groups have not been made yet. They will be made after the initial amount has been paid. You will receive a mail specifically addressing this.
2. Documents: In case you do not have a Transfer or Character Certificate, please apply for it as soon as possible. Not all institutes provide these certificates on their own, you have to request for it. In case you are missing a key document, you will be provided a deadline to submit it after your admission based on which document it is. For further clarification, please call/mail the admissions cell.
3. Character Certificate: In case your Transfer Certificate has mentioned that your character/conduct has been good, you will not be requiring a separate character certificate.
4. Education Loans: Yes, we do form a partnership with banks and the details will be sent to you as soon as the agreement is signed. But due to the pandemic, we are facing some issues which may lead to a slight delay. I would request you to look for other options as well, just to be on the safer side.
5. EMBA: From now on, EMBA queries are being directly handled by the Placement Cell. You can write an email to them or give them a call, whatever is more convenient to you.
6. Immersion Programs: We do have immersion programs abroad, but given the crisis, nothing can be said if they will take place or not. This year's programs were cancelled keeping in mind the safety of the students as that holds a higher spot on our priority list.
7. Campuses: XIMB Campus (Old campus) holds MBA-BM, EMBA, and EMBA-Analytics programs. All the students of MBA-BM live in the old campus only. MBA-HR, MBA-RM, MBA-SM, MBF, UMG, and other Undergraduation Courses take place in the XUB Campus (New Campus).
8. Waitlist: Please try to understand logically, the movement is not in our hands. It is different every year for all the programs. Putting up a poll on the page will not increase or decrease your chances of getting into the institute. At this point of time, all you can do is wait. We are not going to entertain any more queries regarding waitlists.
Note: It is a request to not posts such queries here the answers to which can easily be found by a basic google search. Spamming this group will only make it difficult for us to address crucial queries.
For any further queries, please contact your mentors that were assigned to you around the time of your interviews. They were assigned to you through an email which has their name, email address, and contact number. In case you have not contacted them even once, now is as good a time as any.

Please help us out by asking institute to provide us some contact number of prople of some financial institution as in this lockdown we are not able to connect any bank for loans. Others intitutions have provided contact details of banks. Please help as the deadline is 16th May.

Hey Adcom, Please clarify on the refund policy after paying the first installment if we choose not to join. Although the last date is 16th may, I was planning to pay up the fees now but I'm not sure about the refund.
