I withdrew on 30th.. provided the bank account details.. Till now , didn't get the refund. Any clue ? Tired reaching out to admission helpline.those are out of reach bcz of cyclone afaik
AdCom team of XIMB, kindly provide details regarding withdrawal of admission like way of withdrawal (just mail or withdrawal letter by post), last date of withdrawal, time it would take for the refund process, info that needs to be provided for withdrawal etc.

Hi All, I know everyone here is freaking out about xub website being down and no communication possible from the college end. This is because of the recent cyclone- Fani in Odisha which has affected the communication ,road and electricity related infrastructure. Let us all wait patiently till the situation is better in Bhubaneswar,so that people can resume their work. It will tentatively take a week or two for things to fall in place. (This is my assumption,hopefully it will be faster) Domicile people know this well I suppose. But either way ,felt that this needs to be said. All the best! Stay strong! We are all in the same boat.

If you want to ask for a refund for waitlist fees or take back your admission then Drop a mail on [email protected] stating your request of withdrawal along with the call letter and XUB id along with your payment details or Call on Phone : +91-674-2377 806/6647 806/6647 900.... They will tell you the further procedure to be done...
Hi All, XUB servers are up and functioning now. In case any UG admission site is not working as expected, candidates are required to send information through mail stating the request. As soon as the aftermath of the cyclone effect is over, normalcy will be restored. Candidates are requested to keep patience as efforts are being put to restore everything. Mails will be addressed by Admissions office and responses will be given soon. We request your cooperation till everything is sorted.
