Does the asynchronous assessment start as soon as you submit the pass key? Or can we review the questions first and then answer accordingly?
Another set of questions: Q1. Tell us about yourself Q2. What is your one attribute/ behavior you always wanted to change. Q3. Recent critical decision you made which affected people and how it affected. Q4. Volunteering work you did recently and how it felt, how people reacted. Q5. Manager/ teacher who has inspired you and is your role model Q6. One time you feel you achieved great efficiency. How can you bring that to routine life. Q7. One big problem you faced in work. How you addressed it. Q8. If you were forced to do a task you are not interested in would you do it efficiently. Q9. One time you changed your decision based on extra research you did. And how exactly that extra research help.

My interview's set of questions.
1. One instance where someone couldn't deliver as they committed and how it effected my productivity and how i tackled it.
2. One trait that i have always struggled with.
3. How do i keep paperwork and data organised.
4. One example where i was under extreme pressure and i had to focus on the work.
5. One example where you had to take up a work which you were not prepared for and what were your 5 key learning from them.
6. One instance where you worked with the team and how did you contribute to the team (mostly cultural aspect).
7. One instance where one of my close friends/relatives were going through a tough time emotionally and what i did about it.
The langauge of questions is mine but this is pretty much what the question said. There were two more questions which i don't remember.
Does anybody know the conversion ratio at XLRI? I mean, how many are called for gd pi, n how many actually get selected?
are the asynchronous interview and self-assessment profile two different things or the same only?
Talview was not taking my sound even though my mic was working perfectly during the hardware check ... so i submitted answer before hand to get back to the hardware check and answer the same question again properly ... but it got submitted.... will it affect my overall score a lot????

Asynchronous interview questions I remember just a few... Sorry I don't have a good memory.. 1)Best teacher/manager.. A managerial trait that you admire (repeated in both BM and HR) 2) How did you cope during a situation when things weren't going well? 3)Situation where you advised a friend 4)Situation where things were out of your control, how did you react? 5)Situation where you managed multiple tasks at once
When we submit the video interview are u we supposed to receive any notification or email that it has been submitted successfully??
And how can we know that the audio recording was fine?
