My flight to Mumbai just got cancelled. How is XLRI not taking stock of the issue at hand?
Interviewee who faced Prof Gourav Vallabh in BM interview, pls share experience. I heard that he is very cool and friendly in interviews, people had enjoyed a lot with him in BM interviews.
With the current situation, the institute should consider postponing the process. No matter how many days are left, they are playing with the odds just for the sake of their convenience. People have to travel to cities and stay in hotels for the process. Even the interviews are taking place in hotels with large foreigner presence. Adcom, please take into consideration our situation as well and take a decision at the earliest.
What is the latest update on Delhi campus? Have been hearing different things like - Not opening this year Opening with 60BM 60HR Opening with 120BM Do we have any clarity?

Maximum cases have been detected in maharashtra. Section 144 has been imposed in mumbai. So many of us have to travel to reach mumbai via trains, buses and flights. It really isnt safe. Adcom, Please acknowledge this and understand our situation. Please take action at the earliest.
Did they tweak the weightage in final selection last year. Because back in 2018, a lot of people with lower percentile made it into BM and HRM. However,in 2019 I could not find one single person with 97 percentile from everyone I have contacted. Further more,the median percentile has drastically reduced.

while filling up the XAT form I had entered my graduation marks wrong. I had sent an email regarding this to the admissions in January itself, but no response has been received. Nothing was verified during my interview either. Can anybody help me out with this?

My XAT Percentile is 93.34 (gk 90.xx %tile) 10/12/grad: 95/87/65. Work Ex: 6 months. GEM. GD: GD was really good as I made around 5 important points. WAT: Decent. PI: Went really well as I was able to explain things very smoothly (CAA-NRC related questions) , few work experience and SPA related questions. Is there any remote chance of conversion for the HRM program (obviously not expecting 1st list conversion)?

GEM Fresher BTech Electrical and Electronics Engineering 88/81/9.18 Xat 99.74 percentile GD was decent for HRM and good for BM WAT decent PI BM was okay, HRM felt good, was able to justify HR as my preference and also other hypothetical questions, didn't know about a specific company from my city that I was questioned about. An FIR should also be lodged against XLRI for putting the health of students in jeopardy in an environment where people are hiding their travel histories. XL you would be doomed if something happens and even if you are remotely responsible.
Hey guys! Since all the interviews have been completed, the waiting period starts now. We will be forming official converts group on Facebook once the results are out and help those selected with any sort of guidance before coming to the campus. Since most of you will be joining one or the other B-School, spend these next few months with your friends and family although due to the corona situation it is difficult to spend time outside. Complete some online certification courses if you want. Improve your CV if you must as it gets really hectic once the college starts. All the best. Cheers.
