GA me current affairs ke alawa aur kya aa skta h??? Current affairs ke questions ka kitna percent rhta h approx. In each insurance exam??
How difficult will be the respective sections in OICL mains? Especially quant and reasoning! Anyone here speaking from experience?
I think in prelims there won't be a seperate cut off of specialist stream candidates...6000 will be called irrespective of who belongs to which stream...only single merit list will be prepared category wise...in prelims.....there is no mention of seperate cut off's for specialists in advt....only after mains, stream and category wise merit list will be prepared....if this is the case,for 6000 candidates cut off's could be very reasonable :-)
Will covering current affairs from the month of July be sufficient for mains? Or from which month should I prepare? Suggestions?
Will there be fair normalisation for oicl?? I just asked because in ibps notification its clearly mentioned that the scores will be normalised using equi-percentile method(defined in comments).But in oicl notification it is only said that scores for different sections will be equated to adjust for slight differences in difficulty level.(its not clear)

Why every one here is crying about having a difficult shift compared to the first shift?
Let's not talk about english and quant section which was similar for every shift.The only issue people have faced is regarding the toughness in the reasoning section.
I was from shift 1 and was suprised by the two variable puzzle as well and it affected us first.There was only one main puzzle(5 que) of one variable (the box one).
If given the choice i would go for machine input than risking to attempt a two variable puzzle in prelim.
Most of us always find their shifts difficult comparitively .
p.s-I am not here to start an argument, just trying to put my views after going through most of the posts.
