I think there will not be any group discussion in the interview session because it is not explicitly mentioned in the notification. Only face-to-face personal interview, and that will be final, probably carrying 100 marks.
Someone posted here that the result for mains will be out between 07th-10th December 2017. Considering 10th to be Sunday and 9th to be half-working day of OICL, if the result does not get released today or tomorrow, then it is a wrong information.
