Got an email from IIM ranchi to apply to PGDM-HR programme. I am confused as I think I had selected the programme while applying for CAT. Can someone elaborate what is the process and what does this email mean?

I received an email from IIM ranchi today to apply to PGDM-HR programme. I have few queries:

1. Haven't the application process from PGDM started yet because 'apply online' is only available for PHDM-HR?

2. Is it worth applying to PGDM-HR? I have 97.72 percentile in CAT

3. Can anybody apply or only those who received the email?

Are there any sectional cut offs. I have got OA 90 but in LR only 64. OBC category. 30 months wrk ex. Do I stand a chance for this course

I got a mail from IIM-R for filling form for PGDHRM , Should I fill it? Is there any chances of getting a call , though last year I scored 89.7 and didnt get to know about IIM-R PGDHRM.
