I am final year Student of M.Com. can't I apply to IIM Rohtak? Please can anyone confirm!!

I am in my 3rd year of graduation of a four year degree programme and looking forward to do a PhD in OBHR or Agribusiness. I am planning to appear for GRE.
And acads goes like 95/87.3/75 (Sc male)
So I just had a question, if I get my GRE score in the third year itself, can it be used to apply for FPM after I graduate from college i.e. after the fourth year? Also any tip as such to get into Phd just after grad as per as overall profile is concern??
I've attached the report of GMAT for fpm in the application. Should I seperately send the scores to the schools apart from that, by paying extra?

Work experience of 10 years, previous years in EPC companies and Design engineering consultancy. Last five years worked in Petrochemicals Manufacturing Technical Services and Procurement domain.
Currently working on PRedictive Monitoring of equipment and developed Online Dashboards for Plant monitoring.
Interested in pursuing FPM in Operations Management from IIMs and ISB. Applied to them, Please let me know what are the chances of getting a call from the institutes ?

I have done my graduation in (Food Technology and management ) and MBA (Agribusiness and marketing ) both dual specialization From NIFTEM (National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management) having B.Tech with 66% and MBA 69 .1% + Having an experiennce of 1.5 Years in marketing and sales.
and also presidential village adoption program for 6 years during courcework. (Awarded ).
I have seen faculty profile and few of the faculty papers align in my area of Interest.
Are any FPM call out ? Did any one get a call yet ? In case no , do any one have any idea when to expect a call ?
