IIM Kashipur has not shortlisted anybody for the Public Policy area. Does it happen usually with these IIMs or should I expect another shortlist for public policy? I called their office but nobody received the call. Thanks.

Based on my interview experiences till now, the most important questions are "Why PhD" & the "Research Area/Topic". If we do genuine introspection & devote time for finding the answers to these questions, there should be a high chance of interview going well. (Can't say about the outcome as it is influenced by multiple factors).
