Will we have to give chest x ray along with medical certificate during document verification? I read it from PNB website.and is it okay if I get the medical certificate from district hospital?

hello today i got mail from PNB regarding the tenth pass certificate. but i am not having any pass cert from my school. i have only my cbse marksheet on which its written passed and my tc. will dey be sufficient or should i take it from my school?
