I registered my profile upto 3 pages, then it timed out. Then I got "INVALID VOUCHER". Then as someone pointed out, i tried logging in as a existing user.
When the waiting time exceeded 5 min, i clicked refresh, and after that it is not even logging me in as an existing user. It shows "USER NAME OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT".
Can anyone help me on this?
hey i9 am getting the exact same problem . .
i called up the candidate care service . they told they will retrieve the password within 48 hours . .that will be too late . . any other alternatives ??
I am trying to register since 12 pm. On clicking "begin registration" it shows this erroe :-
"We are currently experiencing high transaction volume, please do not close this window while we are processing your request. "
hey .. Just try refreshing the page always. It will work. It worked for me. Your Voucher wont be lost. I have refreshed it a hundred times. Refresh and wait till that progress bar comes and then after it comes refresh it again. Repeat this process till you get into the registration page. This should take 15 mins max. Also fill the details fast. Else you have to repeat this entire process from where it timed out.

In my 10th leaving certificate my name was like "abc xyz". But in all other certificates from engineering the name is "xyz abc", also in the photo identification docs like passport\driving license etc..
Is it gonna be a problem?? I filled the name as in 10th leaving certirficate!!
All the other documents are needed at some point of time or other in the future.. not gonna be a problem right??

if your profile has already been created and the error message is "USER NAME OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT", then use the forgot username or passsword option

U shuld just wait, it took about 20 minutes for me to go to 2nd page but then everything worked smoothly....!!
Silly Question:
In the CAt registeration guide it only talks about a 5-year degree, so if i have completed my bcom then should i still click on bachelor's degree incomplete 😲 and should i average the percentages of 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year bcom or just put in the 3rd year bcom percentage

n3nimbus SaysIt says put in percentage as per your university agrres, so in mumbai only 3rd year marks are considered and i'm just entering that percentage...and what about complete or incomplete
if your degree is complete then enter complete

All those experiencing problems in registration should know that-->
If u enter the voucher number and u are not able to complete even the stage 1 before 'your session is timed out' you need to re-enter ur voucher number..
However, if by any means u make it to stage 2 and stage 1's details are saved and after that 'Your session is timed out' then u need to re-login again....
And if u have forgotten ur usernae/password u just need to enter ur e-mail in 'Forgot Password' and everything will be retrieved....!!
