Do the forget your password/userid option.Answer the hint q, get ur id and pwd in your mail And put in those for login id and pwd.(N if you still don't get, keep trying upper/small case wherever possible(like in your hint ans, user id, pwd)
Done!!! the forget username/password thing didnt work, but tried the id n pass in caps n it worket!!! Although she had put it in small, and the profile also shows it as small!!! i guess its a glitch on prometric's site. Other puys, do remember if your facing the wrong username/pass thing then try in caps, it should work!!

i called up the candidate care service . they told they will retrieve the password within 48 hours . .that will be too late . . any other alternatives ??
hey i have managed to solve the problem . in the answer to the security question type the answer in CAPITALS . then u may be able to reset ur password . .
A small piece of advice to all of you. First schedule your test slot. That is top priority. The other details can be edited later after the scheduling is complete.
