What should be my class 10 percentage while filling the CAT form according to the marksheet I have attached below? Here's the thing my cgpa is 9.6(CBSE) but total marks obtained are 445/500 (my grades got upgraded in two subjects)

How to change the centre (City) after the correction window has closed.? Do they accomdating such change request for genuine reasons.
