guys pls let me know i have applied for ibps po as a hearing impaired candidate but my certificate is yet to come because of delay in administration of concerned authority.......is the date of issue must be before last date of applying or it should be before document verification.......please throw some light on it thanx.........in notification they have'nt mention about issue date they just said to bring the certificate on DV

i have a doubt. last year i had applied ibps rrb scale 1 under obc-oc category. And i had not cleared prelms. But this year i have applied under obc category as i thought my disability certificate might not be appropiate under new rules...will that clear any problem if i get selected finally this year.

Unfortunately I am cleared IBPS po prelims... Still confusion why I was getting extra 20 mins during the prelims exam..... Ortho handcap - left leg affected and no issue with both hands....
