could you please answer some qieries regarding SIMS
1)you had mentioned earlier that there are two rounds of interview, it would be of great help if you could throw some light on that. are both the interviews one to one or is it one one to one and the other group interview??
2) could you please tel something about the placements, the site says that the avg is 6.5, however sum1 in the previous pages had mentioned that the avg has bcum 7 and ppl get arnd 9 or so?????

both the interviews are 1 on 1 ...... last time avg placement was 6.25.... this time cant tell u exact figures....as of now.... but max for this year is 14 lakhs.....and i m sure avg wud increase by substantial amount
