can ne1 tell me about sims , I am BE (Mech) -VJTI and will have 15 months exp in sales n marketing (Emerson/12, Wipro/3)by ending june b4 start of course.Is it worth to do the MBA in SIMS(if I get through) Can I get a satisfactory placement considering my profile so far, or Shall I wait for another year and try for a better college ?? Pls reply ne1 from SIMS!:confused:

obviously yes.... c placement is ur performance ur caliber..... coz i cant give interview on ur behalf.... one thing college would promise that u would chance to appear for interview for best companies

now that the results r out . and the last date for the first installment 30 mar..it wud be gr8 if we cud share some info on educatinal loans as in which bank .wether SIMS has any tie up with some bank etc.. im sure most of us wud be goin in for edu loans ..so the info is gonna be of gr8 help...

Now to answer your queries

1)The fee structure link has been put up on the site
2) Those who haven't received their copy of the prospectus will be receiving it shortly
3) The admission letters along with rest of the details will be dispatched hopefully in the coming week
4) As for bank loans, SIMS does not have any tie up with any bank but they will assist you in providing any kind of documents or proof required by the bank
5) SIMS does provide laptop deals to students (which is not a compulsion). This year however we are planning to send the laptop offers along with the admission letters so it would be helpful if you could let us know how many of you would be interested in going for a laptop deal thru the institute. Since many people seem to be active on orkut and pagalguy, we can get a rough estimate of the no. of students interested.

You need not be physically present to pay the first installment. You can send a DD of the first installment by post.

I am sorry but i don't have that information. You will need to call up the administration dept. at SIMS
