In which RRB should I apply to maximize my chances of selection with a given score?
Please suggest a post preference order ( I have specs with cylindrical and spherical numbers less than 1)
Will my post preference order affect my chances of selection into any post?
I'm from Ludhiana and want to apply for Chandigarh RRB but there are only 15 TA and no CA posts for UR.
Priority wise is better n Y ??

Regarding RRB Exam: 1. If I get selected for (lets say) Mumbai RRB, will I be posted at Mumbai only? Or if Bangalore RRB then will I be posted at Bangalore only? If NOT then getting selected in which RRBs will get me posting in big cities like Ahmedbad/Bangalore/Bangluru/Chandigarh/Chennai/Delhi/Goa/Kolkatta/Lucknow/Mumbai/Pune etc? Because I'm young and I want to enjoy my life which won't be possible if I live far from big metro cities, you know the kind of life youngsters want these days so please give a detailed response to this and help me selecting an appropriate RRB, please. You may mention other big metro cities in your response which I may not have mentioned. 2. Which posts have 5 days working? Do I need to work on Saturdays and Sundays? 3. Which posts have night shifts? 4. For which posts I'll have to go with the train? 5. Is there any post in which I'll get some free time every now and then for Facebook/calling/book reading/roaming etc. during my office hours? 6. Why is there a partitioning of posts in same RRB like this: Allahabd has NCR and CR, Ajmer NWR and WCR, Bangalore SWR and SWR, Bilaspur has SECR and CR, Bhopal WCR and WR, Secundrabad had SCR and ECoR, Mumbai had CR, WR and SCR?? What does this mean? Regarding Vision: 7. Do we need to take out a print out of the proforma given at the end of advertisement to the eye specialist or they (eye specialist) will themselves give me a certificate after checkup? (I thought if I'm going to get my eyes tested before I fill the form, I should also make this certificate now only.) 8. The proforma is given for A-2 only and not for C-1, what to do about C-1 medical standards? Do we not need any certificate for C-1? 9. For A-2: (Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/9 without glasses. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 without glasses and must pass test for Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision.) So if my vision is 6/9 and 0.6 respectively with glasses, then do I pass A-2 vision standards or it must be without glasses only? 10. My eyeglasses number is: -0.5, so does that mean I won't pass A-2?

RRB Banglore 01/2015 selected guys please post the document verification process namely 1) how much time it takes to complete the process on the day of document verification? (like if given afternoon slot will it be completed by that evening or we need to stay there for next day ?)
2)Are the documents need to be self attested or attested by gazetted officer?
3) Did they intimate any thing regarding when will the medical test be conducted or any updates regarding further process?
4) Do we need to bring the filled in RRB Template?

if we are applying for a particular rrb then is it compulsory to know the local languages as well which are mentioned in notification apart from hindi, eng and urdu??

Dne with DV at Ajmer today for JE ,out of 43 ,23 were present,in main list 7 out of 16 and remaining were of waitlist, and chairman said most probably all waitlist will get job,rest let hope for the best
