I have received the mail from RBI for biometric verification. Is it final selection or not? Please help me if anyone knows something about this.

I’ll tell you why RBI Assistant is better than any SSC CGL post unless you to want to die young in New Delhi.

RBI Assistant Gross Pay (Jan 2018) with HR =33500 Gross - in hand 27700/- (if availed accommodation) revised every quarter as per CPI (Dearness allowance).

2. Allowances

Petrol 55 litres Rs. 4300 approx, mumbai 10 lts extra

Cleaning allowance Rs. 750

Newspaper & Internet Rs. 1200

Sodexo Card recharges Rs. 2600

Other annual allowances Rs. 8700

Spectacle allowance upto 9k self and spouse

Vehicle Insurance allowance Rs. 16000

3. Benefits (the best part)

Doctor/Medicine all types medical requirement are free for family & self (if dependents).

LTC Upto Rs. 52000 for self and family.

Clear JAIIB & CAIIB in one year add Rs 4000+ to salary.

Very decent accommodation.

Earn extra 2-10k monthly on remittance after probation.

Get instant loans at 5.5-6.5% simple interest :D.

Education allowance for kids.

Furniture & furniture maintenance allowance

A RBI assistant’s first salary is slightly less than a SBI PO but salary of Grade A officer is equal to scale IV officer in SBI.

Even in AAO you will get 2-3 promotions in your whole carrier here you can reach Grade F by promotion (not kidding). Finance Minister has already removed the gazetted officer attestation rule in this budget.

Can become Grade A officer in about 3.5 years with little effort Salary Jan 2018 – 80k gross +18k allowances, even in AAO you will be demoted to auditor if you are unable to clear exam

Salary is revised every 5 years pay whereas commission comes every 10 years.

In 4-7 years any average RBI assistant will be earning more white money than any PO/CGL guy out there & always stay ahead thereafter.

Consider yourself lucky if you get to wear that RBI ID card.

Hello friends, I am an aspiring RBI assistant candidate from Mumbai. Just wanted to ask, whether the recently conducted LPT exam was for all the candidates or for the only ones who didn't have Marathi as a subject in their 10th standard. Thank you in advance😃
