Jo log yaha frustrated ho rahe hain kya sab woh candidates hain jinka 100% confirmed hain selection)? Ya fir kuch aise bhi hain jo sirf tym pass kar rahe hain aur unko bhi pata hain ki selection nahi hoga???
Please don't be so much anxious as it will impact your mind in your day to day life , just set in your mind that the next hearing date is 10 Oct 18 and we have to wait till then. If anything happens in between than it is our good luck otherwise waiting till next date is the best option. As we are in such a situation that we can't do anything but just fry our as well as others brain by thinking and discussing such things...
If someone files a rti please ask ki all d six cases are regarding lpt only or Some are regarding grace marks and biometric also ?

I am really tired with the waiting like all the other candidates. We need to increase the pressure on RBI to declare the result of other regions as well as Mumbai region by keeping some seats reserved. Calling, mailing, filing Rti's must be done everyday by every candidate. We have nothing to lose by doing this. So, everyone please do this. Doing something is better than doing nothing.

Feeling so frustrated. Today I called Mumbai HR they are saying since matter is subjudice they can't do anything. They don't have any sympathy for candidates. In my opinion they said that candidates are to be blamed. They don't bother and in my opinion it will take months as dopt will not give reply early. This all is due to jealous people who can't bear the fact that they cannot pass the lpt. So for them we are also suffering. Many of the petitioners might be doing some job too and here I left rrb too. Really frustrating and now all the hope is waning out.
Last time lpt was very easy in Mumbai so candidates from other regions also got selected. Then Mumbai candidates made lots of hulla and tried to politcise the issue. So this time the pass criteria was increased and RBI outsourced the exam and told them to pass only limited number of candidates. So the candidates who qualified lpt were the top 300. This time no other state candidate was selected but some Maharashtra candidates also failed. Now they went to court. This is normal as paper was tough and many Maharashtra candidates were unable to complete the paper. This is normal as Very few people study language after 10th. But those who failed in lpt can't digest it and took it to court. But because of them everyone is suffering.
Dear petitioners it's a genuine request, please get the next hearing date as early as possible and keep us updated. You people really have no idea what rest of us are going through. We have no-one to go to and can't do anything about it. Please think about us.
If the petitioners presented the case why did they not get the date on same day???? Is it confirm site will be updated or was it just a verbal talk?? Please clarify

Who all are interested in filling case against RBI regarding the results and joining???? @dadwal mridula pankaj is initiating the same... And we shud support this and involving the people from other states as well As we have seen that PWD results are out and they will be our senior... So this is high time... We olrdy have an order from 18 may, where high court has asked the RBI to proceed with the recruitment This is heights now on behalf of RBI.... Either we shud raise our voice .. or we shud forget about our results If I go down... I wanna go down fighting.
Some people are behaving like kids here.. Filling a case against RBI to declare result will be waste of money and time..first of all lawyer will not accept your case (if he is not hungry of money)..And one cannot force autonomous institute to declare the results..and if the case is filed, It may complicate rbi to solve the problem which will further worsen the situation..So the best way is to wait and pray for early date.... We all are experiencing The Great Indian Judicial System...Now the case is against the policy and guidelines framed by central govt (dopt), hence it will take time to get solved..as the whole LPT process is under question RBI cannot declare result for other regions too..becoz court may scrap LPT process...Filing a case is a right of everyone and i am not demotivating anybody but be practical...I will recommend all of you to start preparing for the upcoming exams..After reading this some people will criticize me and best of luck to them... we all have wasted our 5-6 months in waiting..checking PG everyday and frustrating all the day will have negative impact on our life..So I request all of you to move on and begin your new journey..RBI ke naseeb mai hum honge to usko hum milenge.. people who do not understand "move on" will start commenting and criticizing.. ....
