GUYS...koi mjhe btaega ki jab mains ka result 19th jan ko hi declare hua phir abhi tak final result kyu ni aaya?& 2018 ki notification kab aaegi?

I was looking for 2017 rbi asst final result., after scrolling some pages over here got to know it is not yet declared. Koi mujhe ye bataa saktha hai ki ab tak final result kyu nai aaya? Court mai petition kyu daale hai? Kya maamla chal rahi hai?
Aur koi mujhe ye bataa sakta hai ki agli notification kab tak aa jaayegi? i mean 2017 ke final result ke baad hi ya usse pehle bhi aa sakta hai?
Jo bhi mains mai select hue hai unke Mains mark sheet tho mil chuki hogi., jo select hue ho aapko kitne marks mile hai?

Plz clear my doubt, mai PWD certificate 2014 me IBPS k format me bnwaya tha, agr mai rbi assistant 2018 me mujhe fir se PWD certificate bnana pdega kya? RBI ka koi format hai kya PWD certificate k lie, maine last 2 year ka notification dekha bt mujhe khi n mila. Maine pwd wale group me msg kita bt kisi ne rpl nhi kiya, Plz is grp me agr is bare me kuch pta hai to help me plz plz plz.....
