As per the court causelist, on 6th October there is a hearing on the case no. 5450 which relays the same petition as 1035 and 2111.Any chance that the court want to list all the hearings on same day as the undelying matter is same?
Dekho Bhaiilog, yaha PG pe bhadas nikalke k kuchh nhi hone Wala!! I am planning to do a non stop Hunger Strike infront of Rbi Mumbai..I want more number of people to join me...We people from other states are suffering for no reason...Rbi is doing all this process very confidentiality. Once the matter comes out in public,they will automatically take a stand within hours!! So Suggest a date that will be manageable for all...Let's do It!!
Petitioners Pls lawyer se baat karke ek paas wala date lelo. Case karke sirf tamasha mat dekho. Kisika fayda nahi hoga bhai isme.

As predicted 22 Oct date given. Had predicted max date would be 24 Oct. Now after Gujarat court result Bombay high court case should also be solved at the earliest. But I would still predict joining would come max(MAX) by Feb 2019!!!
A big positive development after a long long longggg time. A request to petitioners kindly withdraw your petition as no relief given to Gujarat petitioner or at least fasten the process. We don't want further date pe date now!!!

1 thing to focus is even in interviews some people get 40 45 marks and some get 70 to 90. And there is no marks for questions asked. So now should everyone file a case that why interviewer gave me less marks and other person got more marks. Even guy having lot of knowledge gets less marks in interview. But we accept that. I don't know why couldn't these people accept their lot result when rbi clearly said they had their own expert to decide result of lpt. And more surprisingly why didn't any lawyer made this argument to court that even in interviews there is no marks to questions asked but still people are disqualified in the same many a times!!!
