Is it true that if a candidate from OBC/SC/ST clears the General category cutoff, will he/she be considered as General category candidate. If this happens then it would further reduce the number of seats of General category candidates. Does RBI follow this system or not ??

Guhawati cut off last year 107 , General .. This year vacancy increased by 8 Sectional time v aa gaya.. Question compared to last year is same or slightly difficult ( mainly reasoning and ga) ...so cut off will be - (experts comments from another offices will be also welcomed)

Why didn't RBI release the cutoff for prelims yet? I got 86 in prelims(Hyderabad-general) and didn't get selected for mains. And that too people were called in 1:36 ratio. I smell something fishy regarding cutoff. Any thoughts?
What could be the cutoff for Ahmedabad? Will help me decide future course of action without compromising either way.
What according to you were possible attempts in rbi assistant mains exam..Like you may hav done 150 in exam but felt that yaar 155 ho sakte the etc..
