guys no LPT for people who studied the local language in 10th. but they have to attend for biometric verification. ! received mail from rbi. for us(hyderabad) lpt and biometric verification on 18th march.

Some detectives saying that the circular was fake . I am going to counter it by way of conclusion of this Public Interest Litigation: Allegation -1st point alleged by the complainant is that the formatting is out of place. Reply- It is a rather trivial and unsound allegation, since it is not uncommon for the HR department to commit smaller mistakes supposedly under pressure , you see they started contacting right after the deadline (4 March) .. (in between 2 days being Saturday Sunday) on 6 March itself.. thus it's clear that the decision is made in quite a wind of rush.(it includes Dear Sir/Madam) Allegation: point 2 that the overall credibility of the mail is threatened by unfounded allegations , in the reply of which , a screenshot of conversation with Witness has been attached. Other evidence: 1. please read this.. https://www.rbi.org.in/Regionalbranch/hyderabad/depts.aspx it says PSV Sudhakar who is the manager of HRD Hyderabad. It was beyond the capacity of this court to examine the signatures as the forensic department doesn't comes under our jurisdiction. 2. HRMD(Hyd)/6545 /10.1.004/ 2016-17 is the reference number.. and the court ,though not having cross checked it with the Hyderabad department in the absence of knowledge of Telugu, recognises the very presence of this number as a sign of credibility. FINAL VERDICT: The court, in view of all the parties and witnesses , rules in the favour of Urjit Patel, the respondent and also, in view of the time wasted of court by unfounded allegations , command the complainant to take part in Swacch Bharat Abhiyan in the respective regional offices of the RBI concerned on the date as mentioned for LPT. The court stays adjourned till further notice.
