i was preparing for exams.now waiting for fci final result and IT splt results..
i finished mca last year.IT k baht interviews die hai but i have never faced any govt panel.for the firts time m realy scared for interview coz mujhe banking kuch nahi ata..

currently working as equity research analyst, plz guide me how to go about RBI grade b, as i wanted to be a part of india's central financial institution.
does the exam take place every year?
how to start ?
rs agarwal quant is enough for quant preparation?
tell me some good books for exam...
and finally i'd like to ask ...is there any senior who has beeen already a part of rbi...pls share ur work exp , howz is the work , what grade b guys supposed to do, remuneration, career growth prospects etc.. thanks in advance

I think we should start with RBI, read everything about it, y it was made? it's functions etc. then move on to how it controls the indian economy etc.

@[353231:kt4mba] GK is the toughest part. Many of the questions asked were about government policies and they dug deep. Concentrate on that part. Remaining sections are of PO level but there is a time limit for each section which makes the test difficult.

@[353231:kt4mba] GK source? I guess extensively reading all governmental policies will work. Also know about important persons and happenings in RBI. The GK part was a shocker to me and I think it was the only reason I didn't get through that exam.
