#Important Information about RBI assistant
After 3 years, there is usually an in-service (departmental) exam held for Assistant managers Grade 'A' (A to F are grades A being lowest F highest)
You cannot get into officer cadre without clearing that exam.
Dnt Dream of Being RBI grade B within 2 years from RBI assistant :)))

I am selected in BOI PO but RBI has alwaz remained my dream..last yr also I missed d cutoff for assistants by 7 mks..I have 3 yrs of IT exp..i wanna come into RBI chahe assistant per hi aaun .. but my parents are reluctant k leaving officer fir assistants ..please advise is it okay to come as an assistant in my situation??
