Guys i am just posting this out of curiosity. Won't the tomorrows exam give an edge(although psychologically or whatever you may call) to the candidates appearing for the exam on 24th or 25th? I mean they shall be aware about the exam pattern, the type of questions, the difficulty level and who knows this one week can prove to be a GAME CHANGER for them?

GA - 20 questions form current affairs like who is the president of pakistan, chairman of 14th finance commission and all, 15 from pure banking, rest were from static economics and banking like who decides repo rate, etc.

English - one passage, some fill in the blanks . I would rate is easy.

Maths - 18 questions from DI, very easy. 4 from series, some on time speed and problem on ages. I would rate it easy.

Reasoning - this was tougher than the rest. All complex puzzles.

My attempts are -

GA - 55

English - 23

Maths - 24

Reasoning - 56

Total - 158

GA- Same like Always. Some questions that I remember
- what is Brown ATM
- Housing Price Index in which cities
- VIX related to which index
- RIDF belongs to which authority
- FRBMA 2003
- EU has how many members as on 30th Jun'13
- Assest Reconstruction Company - Def.
- Securitisation - Def.
- As per economics definition of recession
- Urban renewal program is named after whom
- Theme of summit at Davos

-

The questions spanned general and recent economy. Major questions were related to current banking trends. There were no questions where they gave you 4-5 options and then ask to choose some combination. Strictly 5 options and very similar sounding options. There were hardly any questions related to general knowledge stuff say who won which prize et al.

Quants- DI problems were very tuchu, not at all calculation intensive, no scarily huge numbers. However, the random problems did involve a bit of calculation. Problems on number series are mostly easy with few tricky ones. Need speed, mostly very easy.

English - Paragraph for comprehension was based on evolution of economy of China n India w.r.t European & US economy. Very technical and very intensive. Questions asked were mostly regarding what you infer from the paragraph, what could be the possible reason etc. Meaning, you need to understand and then solve the questions, can't map the answer directly to the respective paragraph. Jumbled sentences and fill in the blanks are usual.

Reasoning- Most interesting part of the paper. One question on seating arrangement was very easy and the other was equally tricky. Inequality questions, data sufficiency questions, blood relations questions, and input - output questions were the usual.

Few Random Points : - Don't panic if power failure occurs and your system shuts down, your exam time will resume from the same point where you left.
- Don't write any points on the sheet given for rough work, prior to exam. Invigilators don't take that very kindly.
- Time management is very crucial ,so be extremely mindful of that.

ALL THE BEST TO ALL !!!!!!
