When banks can borrow from RBI through "Repo", why would they use "MSF" which is offered at a higher rate of interest?

How to approach these type of questions
Statements.
1.all apartments are hut
2.No hut is building
3.all buildings at cottage
Conclusions
1.no cottage is apartment

4.Some buildings being apartment is a possibility

Hello puys,
it might be too much to ask for but all those who have given exam on 17thAug, can anyone breakdown the reasoning section? Like the number of questions of each type.
Why I am asking is that last time, there was only one question on Conclusion, arguements and course of action and similar logical reasoning. This time, as IBPS is conducting it; they might set it like their other bank PO exams.
So guidance in this regard from those who have appeared will be highly appreciated.
